Rune Ravnsbjerg Rosenberg specialises in construction law, commercial contracts and dispute resolution.
Rune has extensive experience drafting and negotiating Danish and international contracts and handling related disputes as external counsel as well as in-house counsel with the Maersk Group.
He has particular experience with contracts and disputes in the building and construction industry, technical supplies and services. In this connection, he assists clients with settlement negotiations and payments under the security provided, speedy resolutions, expert appraisals, litigation and arbitration.
In addition, advises on general contract and commercial law matters.
