Mr. LaVallee has been named to Atlanta Magazine’s list of Georgia Super Lawyer Rising Stars on multiple occasions, an honor given to just 2.5% of Georgia attorneys annually. Mr. LaVallee’s general litigation practice includes defending property owners in premises liability cases. In his employment practice, Mr. LaVallee litigates discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, workers' compensation and contractual claims. He has successfully defended his clients before federal and state trial courts, state administrative agencies, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission throughout the State of Georgia. Further, Mr. LaVallee serves as an attorney for a number of local child advocacy centers. In his governmental practice, Mr. LaVallee represents numerous state, county, and city officials on claims filed under federal and state law. Similarly, Mr. LaVallee has extensive experience representing correctional healthcare professionals on claims filed under federal and state law. Mr. LaVallee defends large national companies in alcohol disciplinary matters before the Georgia Department of Revenue and local governments across the State of Georgia.
